We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Boothbay Harbor Dog Treats is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are food items for pets, we may not be able to accept returns on opened or used products.
If there is a problem with your order, such as an incorrect item, damaged package, or quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
